Toronto Bangla School, run by Holistic Sustainable Development Network (HSDN) International, organized the “Fall Art Competition 2020” for Junior (Preschool to Grade 3) and Senior (Grade 4 to Grade 6), which was supported by the Canada Red Cross. The topic of the Art Competition was “FALL IN CANADA”. The deadline for the submission was November 12, 2020. Children and kids, other than the students of the Toronto Bangla School, submitted their arts for the competition through the Toronto Bangla School email: banglaschooltoronto@gmail.com. The names of the winners were announced on 21st November, 2020, followed by the celebration of the World Children’s Day organized by Toronto Bangla School and HSDN International.
Fourteen participants in the junior group and seven participants in the senior group submitted their arts in the competition.
Announcement for the Art Competition winners was announced by Mr. Abdul Halim Miah on November 21, 2020, in the virtual program of the World Children’s Day 2020, organized by Toronto Bangla School and supported by HSDN International.
Afia Islam (1st), Souronil Day (2nd) and Fareeha Rizwana Manha (3rd) were announced as the award winners in the Junior Group. Salwa Mahbub (1st), Smia Gomes (2nd), Zaina Nuryn Ahmed (3rd) were announced as the award winners in the Senior Group.
